Before you continue
After you confirm, your XaktGo app account and its associated central app data, including your saved center list, are permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
Your memberships and access rights at all your centers remain unchanged. Center customer records, contracts, purchases and payment obligations remain so your center services can continue. Deleting the app account does not cancel a membership. Contact your center about those records or cancellations.
If you sign up again
You can create a new XaktGo account. Your previous center list is not restored automatically. Choose each center where you have an active membership and log in to that center again. Each center appears in your list individually after you log in to it.
What is deleted
The central app account, sign-in details, central profile and profile image, app preferences and goals, center links, notification-device registrations and central agreement records associated with the account.
When deletion happens
After you confirm, we run the account deletion immediately. The completion page appears only when the deletion succeeds. If it cannot be completed safely, no success is reported and you can request help below.
